Jean Taylor is the President and Founder at Key Rehab Services Inc. An experienced Case Manager and Registered Kinesiologist, Jean founded Key Rehab Services Inc in 2006, supporting seriously injured accident survivors with Case Management, Support Services and providing Supported-Independent Living Programs. Jean is known in the community as helping individuals with complex needs with compassionate and comprehensive care.
Jean unites teams on initiatives, projects and on individual cases to make a difference for survivors, their caregivers and the community.
Director of Applied Informatics
Alicia White is the Director of Applied Informatics and Operations at Key Rehab Services Inc. Alicia has 10 years of Case Management and rehabilitation experience as a Registered Kinesiologist in providing services to various populations including individuals with concussions or individuals suffering from cognitive, functional and behavioural impairments, chronic pain, complex orthopedic and soft tissue injuries.
Alicia works with dynamic rehab teams to support our clients and their care givers.
Director of Client Services, Case Management Lead
Tamara Forbes is the Director of Client Services and Case Managment Lead at Key Rehab Services Inc. Tamara has 20-years of experience in the motor vehicle, serious injury field in both Case Consulation and Program Management.
Tamara worked with her first brain injury client while finishing her degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University. This set her on a path that has led to a rewarding career; helping individuals and their families recover from life-changing trauma. Tamara is a compassionate and knowledgeable member of the traumatic injury community.
Erin Leis has been working for the past 8 years as a Case Manager, Vocational Counsellor and as a Rehabilitation Therapist. Erin has specialized in working with complex individuals who have sustained Acquired Brain Injury as well as those struggling with Addictions and Mental Health concerns.
Erin values providing serious injury survivors with the best in client-centred care. She works to ensure that clients are treated with personal dignity and respect.
